Who we are

Fuzetech ADAS Calibration (“Fuzetech,” “we,” “us”) provides mobile ADAS calibration, diagnostic scanning, programming, and related automotive electronic services in Southern California. We are based in Diamond Bar, California.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to send us, including:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Business name, if you are a shop, fleet, or dealership
• Vehicle details, such as year, make, model, or VIN
• City, service address, and notes about the repair or service you need
• Messages you send by form, phone, text, or email

The website also receives basic technical data that a host normally logs, such as browser type, IP address, and the pages requested. We use that to run and protect the site. We do not use this site to sell advertising profiles.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects the card details and uses them under its own privacy policy. We receive limited payment information, such as your name, the amount, the date, the card brand and the last four digits. We do not see or store your full card number.

Cookies

The site uses cookies needed to run it, such as for security and the booking tools. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking. This site does not track you across other websites, and it does not change how it works in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, confirm what a vehicle needs, schedule a technician, perform the work, and keep records for the job. We also use it to operate the website and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only when needed to do the work, with service providers who host the website, carry our email and phone service, or process payments (Stripe), or when the law requires it.

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Text messages

If you consent to receive SMS from Fuzetech ADAS Calibration, you agree to receive service text messages from us. Those messages are replies about a request you sent, scheduling, and the vehicle you asked us to look at. They are not promotional marketing.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary.

How long we keep it

We keep request and job details for as long as we need them to complete the service, support the repair file, and meet ordinary business record needs. You can ask us to delete information you sent through a form if we no longer need it for those reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@fuzetechadas.com or calling (213) 609-2606. We reply within 30 days.

California privacy rights

If you live in California, you can ask us what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it, and ask us to correct or delete it. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, use the email or phone number above. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it.

Security

We use reasonable care to protect the information you send. No website or phone message is completely secure, so do not send passwords or payment card numbers through the request form.

Children

This website is for shops, drivers, and fleets requesting vehicle service. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date below.
