Fuzetech technician aligning ADAS calibration target equipment with a vehicle at a Southern California repair facility

About Fuzetech

Precision calibration, OEM-level programming, and dependable support for repair facilities across Southern California.

A Calibration Partner Built Around the Repair

Fuzetech ADAS Calibration is a mobile calibration and OEM programming service based in Southern California. We started this business after seeing the same problem hold up shop after shop: finished repairs waiting on a calibration, a module that needed programming, or a fault code nobody could pin down.

We built Fuzetech to remove that bottleneck. We bring calibration targets, OEM software, and diagnostic equipment directly to your facility, follow the manufacturer’s published procedure for that specific vehicle, and document the work before we leave.

The jobs we get called for most are the ones other tools gave up on. Solving difficult diagnostic problems is a normal part of our week, not an exception, and it is how most of our long-term shop relationships started.

Every calibration follows the OEM procedure for that VIN, no aftermarket shortcuts.
We schedule around your production flow, not the other way around.
You get the documentation your file needs on every job, pre-scan, post-scan, calibration report.

How Every Job Runs

The process is the product. Each visit follows the same sequence, because that is what makes the results repeatable.

01

Preparation

Before we arrive, we pull the OEM service information for the exact VIN, confirm which calibrations the repair triggers, and verify your space meets the requirements for a static setup.

02

OEM Procedures

We calibrate with the targets, scan tools, and software the manufacturer specifies. If the procedure calls for a dynamic drive cycle, we drive it to spec.

03

Verification

A completed routine is not a passed calibration. We confirm the system reports in range and functions as designed before we consider the job done.

04

Documentation

Every job produces a pre-scan report, a post-scan report, and calibration records, a clear record for your files.

05

Communication

If we find something the estimate missed, a damaged bracket, a prior fault, a required part, you hear about it before we proceed, not after.

06

Quality Control

Before the keys go back, we do a final review of codes, calibration status, and system function. If something is not right, we say so and fix it.

Different customers, same standard. Here is how we fit into each operation.

Collision Repair Centers

Calibrations, programming, and pre/post scans scheduled around your cycle time, with the documentation your repair file needs for safe delivery.

Auto Repair Shops

Diagnostics, module programming, and electrical support for the jobs that come in behind a warning light or a failed part, without sending the car to the dealer.

Dealerships

Overflow calibration and programming capacity when the shop is booked out, performed to the same factory procedures your service department follows.

Fleet Companies

On-site service at your yard keeps vehicles earning instead of sitting at a shop. Scheduled batches or single units, with records per VIN.

Glass Shops

Windshield replacement almost always triggers a forward camera calibration. We handle it at your location or the customer’s, with fast scheduling.

Vehicle Owners

If your dash lit up after a repair, a windshield, or a battery change, we come to your home or workplace, explain what the system needs, and fix it properly.

The Bar We Hold on Every Vehicle

These are not slogans. They are the checks each job has to clear before we hand back the keys.

01

Accuracy

Measurements, target placement, and results verified against the OEM specification, not “close enough.”

02

Transparency

You see what we found, what we did, and what it costs. No padded lines, no mystery fees.

These systems brake, steer, and deploy airbags. We treat every calibration as the safety repair it is.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you really perform calibrations at our shop?

Yes. We bring the targets, scan tools, and OEM software to your facility. For static calibrations we need a level floor and enough clear space around the vehicle per the OEM spec, we confirm your space works when you book. Dynamic calibrations are driven on nearby roads to the manufacturer’s requirements.

How do we schedule a job?

Call or text (213) 609-2606, or send a request through the contact page. Have the VIN and a description of the repair ready. That lets us confirm the required procedure and quote before we arrive. We schedule quickly and work around your timeline.

Do you use OEM software for programming?

Yes. We maintain factory software subscriptions and perform module programming, coding, and initialization to the manufacturer’s procedure, including replacement modules that need to be programmed to the VIN before the vehicle can be delivered.

What areas do you cover?

Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, and the High Desert. We regularly travel beyond that footprint, contact us to confirm coverage for your location.

What documentation do we receive?

Every job includes a pre-scan report, a post-scan report, and calibration records showing the procedure performed and its result. You keep the reports with your repair file.

How do you work with collision centers and body shops?

We slot into your production schedule. Send us the estimate or the VIN and repair lines, and we will tell you which calibrations the OEM procedure requires. We show up when the vehicle is ready, do the work in your bay or lot, and hand your estimator the documentation before we leave.

What happens if a calibration will not complete?

We diagnose it. A calibration that will not complete usually points to a real problem, a misaligned bracket, damaged wiring, or a faulty sensor. We identify the cause, tell you exactly what is needed, and finish the calibration once it is corrected. We do not sign off on a system that is not working.
